Is your office currently open during normal business hours?  No.  Although we will have staff present intermittently through the week.

When and how can I contact you?  Via email or voicemail.  We are checking our email and voicemail regularly.

Are you accepting new clients?  Yes.

How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?  Please email your attorney or call and leave a voicemail.

Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?

Most Courts are closed except for emergency matters.  You court date or hearing will be rescheduled and you will be notified.

Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?

Most in person appearances have been cancelled or changed to a telephone or video conference.  Please contact your attorney for more information
